We take our office policies very seriously.  Please remember that you will be charged a no-show fee if you do not make us aware that you will be gone.  You will also be charged a late cancellation fee for cancelling after 8:30 a.m.

 

Insurance benefits are sometimes different for rehabilitation services than they are for general medical. It is your right and responsibility to become very familiar with your policy and how benefits will be determined for speech therapy. When you inquire, please be sure to give the patient's diagnosis (what the speech therapists diagnose them with after the initial evalaution) and ask if this diagnosis is excluded under your policy.
